Rob Stalbow
Rob qualified with Honours from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, and has been in practice since 1999. He also completed a Batchelor degree in Applied Psychology, and is a certified Alexander Technique teacher.
With an emphasis on the mobility and resilience of your structure, Rob rehabilitates using a range of gentle manual techniques to help restore stable postural shapes, and efficient movement patterns. Particular interests include rehabilitating movement imbalance, digestive health and breathwork.
He has lectured in and practises Visceral Osteopathy, a targeted approach that aims to optimise the position and health of the organs for vitality and peak function. Drawing from other body-mind disciplines as a way of reorganising structure and movement, Rob provides an integrated approach to clients.
