Osteopath

Sal Alu

Born and raised locally in North London from Italian descent, my career began in 2002 working as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist in some of the largest and prestigious health clubs in London. I then lectured in Soft Tissue Therapy and gained experience as a Sports Therapist within a football club before graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Osteopathy.

Since becoming an Osteopath, I have gained clinical experience working in multi- disciplinary practices alongside experienced Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and Podiatrists involved in elite level sport whilst studying and qualifying in Medical and Chinese Acupuncture, Sports Taping and Golf TPI rehabilitation techniques.

With my varied background I can offer a complete and comprehensive treatment with the aim of relieving your pain as quickly as possible and giving you the tools to ensure your symptoms do not return.
